Reinventing an established brand with a fresh design and improved user experience.

Brief

One of our long-established clients needed a new website design and improved user experience. The main objective was to highlight the benefits of their product, showcase the superior options available and create a clear user journey from start to finish.

Results

Using Google analytics, we analysed the previous website to pinpoint what aspects of the user journey needed improvement. This research fed directly into decisions about the siteplan and design.

Guardian monitor approved installers so we created a specialised Guardian Hub where approved companies can login and download various marketing assets as well as ordering their components online.”
